About the Job:
- In this role, you will provide expert-level supervision to RBTs and other support staff, ensuring that our clients receive the highest quality services possible.
- You will develop and implement comprehensive behavior intervention plans, using evidence-based approaches to achieve client goals.
- As a BCBA, you will collaborate with our multidisciplinary team to deliver seamless, client-centered care.
- You will also have the opportunity to participate in research studies and contribute to the development of new treatments and interventions.
Salary & Benefits:
- $65,000 - $85,000 per year, based on experience.
