About the Role:
- This position involves providing direct supervision to Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) and other support staff to ensure high-quality services are delivered to clients.
- You will also be responsible for conducting functional analyses, developing behavior intervention plans, and implementing data-driven approaches to achieve client goals.
- As a BCBA, you will have the opportunity to work closely with our multidisciplinary team, including psychologists, speech therapists, and occupational therapists.

Requirements:
