We are seeking a highly motivated Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team at Full Spectrum ABA. As a BCBA, you will play a crucial role in developing behavior and treatment plans for our clients within the Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) model.

Responsibilities
- Develop behavior and treatment plans for all clients within the ABA model
- Function in a supervisory capacity and provide oversight to all areas of programming, including training Registered Behavior Techs
- Provide ongoing support and training to Registered Behavior Techs and families
- Maintain all data, paperwork, and notes in a timely fashion
- Travel within the county to provide in-home support to clients and families
- Stay up-to-date with the latest education in the field
Requirements
- Master's degree in special education or a related human services field
- Valid driver's license and current car insurance
- BCBA certification
- Ability to relocate before starting work
