We are seeking a dedicated and organized individual to join our team as a Client Intake Specialist. In this role, you will facilitate Client Intake under the support and guidance of the Supervisor.

Responsibilities:
- Manage documents related to client intake
- Facilitate communication with caregivers, third party billing, and corporate leadership
- Collaborate with the client intake team, to ensure smooth operations
Requirements:
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and practice management software
- High School Diploma
- Experience in ABA preferred
- Bi-lingual
