About the Role
The BCBA-D will be responsible for leading teams of Registered Behavior Techs and providing direct support to individuals with autism and their families.
- Lead teams of Registered Behavior Techs in delivering high-quality care to individuals with autism and their families
- Provide direct support to individuals with autism and their families, including developing behavior and treatment plans and providing field supervision as needed
- Collaborate with other professionals, including psychologists and social workers, to ensure a comprehensive approach to care
- Participate in ongoing training and professional development opportunities to maintain expertise and stay current with best practices
