We are looking for an experienced Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to take on a leadership role within our team at Full Spectrum ABA. About the Opportunity:
- In this role, you will provide expert-level supervision to RBTs and other support staff, mentoring and coaching them to achieve exceptional results.
- You will develop and implement comprehensive behavior intervention plans, leveraging your expertise in functional analysis and behavioral engineering.
- As a BCBA, you will collaborate with our multidisciplinary team to deliver seamless, client-centered care, driving continuous improvement and growth.
- You will also have the opportunity to participate in research studies and contribute to the development of new treatments and interventions.
Compensation & Perks:
- $70,000 - $90,000 per year, based on experience.

- Masters degree in Special Education or related field.
