Qualifications
- 2 years of sales experience in hospice or home health
- Existing relationships with referral resources
- Excellent skills in communication, management, organization, and problem-solving
- Knowledge of nonprofit organizations, fundraising, and other relevant skills are a plus
Responsibilities
- Coordinating with hospital, family, and physicians
- Ensuring seamless services as patients transition to at-home hospice care
