We're looking for a skilled Process Technician to play a key role in our photovoltaic cell manufacturing process. This position involves operating and maintaining machinery to produce high-quality photovoltaic cells, ensuring they meet our rigorous quality standards.
We are offering a competitive hourly rate of $25-$27 / hr.
Job Title : Process Technician
Schedule : Monday-Friday

Key Responsibilities :
Operate production equipment to manufacture photovoltaic cells, adhering to production schedules and quality standards.
Monitor the production process, ensuring all products meet our quality criteria.
Conduct routine equipment inspections and maintenance to minimize breakdowns and maintain optimal performance.
Troubleshoot equipment malfunctions, making adjustments or repairs as needed.
Keep accurate records of production output and machine performance.
Work collaboratively with the engineering and technical team to drive process improvements.
Adhere to all safety protocols, including the use of personal protective equipment.
Skills and Qualifications :
Experience in manufacturing or production environments.
Ability to read and interpret technical documents such as schematics and specifications.
Strong attention to detail with the capacity to work accurately in a dynamic environment.
Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
Openness to working flexible hours and overtime.
Must be able to read blueprints and schematics
Preferred Experience :
Familiarity with lean manufacturing principles and statistical process control.
Experience or knowledge of photovoltaic cell manufacturing is highly desirable.
Physical Requirements :
Ability to stand, walk, or sit for extended periods.
Capable of manipulating tools and equipment.
Able to lift and move up to 50 pounds.
Must wear personal protective equipment as required.
