What You’ll Do
You’ll be the first point of contact for adrenaline-seekers calling from all our parks! Your role will be to make sure every guest gets the right info and feels pumped about booking their next adventure with us. Whether it’s over the phone, through web chat, or email, you’ll be answering questions, booking reservations, and connecting our guests with all the action we offer. Plus, you’ll be part of the excitement as we expand into new regions!
Daily Responsibilities:
- Know the ins and outs of all Full Throttle parks—think pricing, activities, events, and promotions.
- Answer inbound calls with a smile—whether it’s resolving customer inquiries, booking reservations, or fielding concerns.
- Manage our email responses, helping guests find their ideal experience.
- Refer private and corporate event inquiries to the appropriate sales team members.
- Solve problems, handle urgent issues, and keep everything running smoothly.
- Accurately input guest information into our system and manage bookings.
- Drive guest engagement and boost conversions—be the one who makes their day and seals the deal!
Who You Are
You’ve got stellar communication skills and can handle anything thrown your way with a positive, can-do attitude. You’re cool under pressure, a team player, and ready to make every interaction a great one.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or GED.
- 1-2 years of experience in customer service, retail, or a call center (bonus points if you’ve juggled both!).
- Weekend, evening, and some holiday availability—because that’s when the fun happens.
- Ability to multitask while navigating a computer system like a pro.
- A knack for building instant rapport and making conversations fun but informative.
- A commitment to delivering top-tier customer service—you’re not just meeting expectations, you’re exceeding them.
