READ CAREFULLY AND TAKES NOTES:
-We provide an assembly service for consumer products. For example: BBQ grills, furniture, storage buildings and various other products. The first step is to delegate all assembly jobs to independent contractors instead of the business owner. One of the major challenges we have is finding qualified candidates in a reasonable amount of time. Currently we have two job posts on really and they are not attracting qualified candidates.
-We are searching for a recruiter who can create a qualified talent pool and incorporate it into a business model similar to Task Rabbit, Thumbtack and Handy.
-Once the proper business model is established we will launch a marketing campaign.
-Your pay will largely depend on your attitude and effort.
