Responsibilities:
- Patrol and monitor the event to maintain safety and security
- Manage crowd control and secure VIP and backstage areas
- Prevent losses by reporting irregularities and ensuring compliance with event policies
- Control access points and verify identification
- Respond quickly to alarms or emergencies such as medical incidents
- Provide assistance to event participants and staff as needed
What We’re Looking For:
- Minimum 1 year of event security experience (required)
- Experience in crowd control, stage security, and VIP area protection
- Strong observational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to stay calm and make decisions under pressure
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Familiarity with radios and other security equipment
Requirements:
- Florida D License (required)
- Driver’s License and reliable transportation (required)
- Must be able to stand/walk for extended periods during the shift
- Must have all black work pants (no jeans), black shoes (no sneakers), and a black belt
