About Us:
Full Throttle Security is a trusted provider of professional security services. We are looking for dependable Security Officers to join our team. This position involves ensuring the safety of shoppers, tenants, and employees while maintaining a secure and welcoming environment at the mall.
Schedule:
Sunday through Thursday, 11pm to 7am (required training 04/04/25, 11pm to 1am)
Job Responsibilities:
- Conduct regular patrols of the mall, both on foot and via designated routes.
- Monitor surveillance systems and respond to security incidents.
- Provide customer service to shoppers and tenants by assisting with inquiries and concerns.
- Enforce mall rules and policies professionally and effectively.
- Respond promptly to disturbances, medical emergencies, and other security situations.
- Maintain detailed incident reports and daily activity logs.
- Work closely with mall management and local law enforcement when needed.
Qualifications:
- Experience: Minimum 2 years of security experience, with at least 1 year in a retail environment.
- License/Certifications: Must have a valid Security D license.
- Skills: Strong observational skills, attention to detail, and ability to stay calm under pressure.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to stand and walk for extended periods, lift moderate weights, and respond quickly in emergencies.
- Schedule: Must be available for flexible shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
