Responsibilities
- Monitor and patrol assigned areas to ensure safety and security.
- Respond promptly to alarms and incidents, assessing situations and taking appropriate action.
- Conduct regular inspections of premises, identifying potential security risks.
- Manage conflict situations effectively, utilizing de-escalation techniques when necessary.
- Provide first aid and CPR as needed during emergencies.
- Maintain surveillance, documenting any suspicious activities.
- Collaborate with law enforcement when required to ensure comprehensive safety measures.
- Prepare detailed reports on incidents, observations, and activities for management review.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Security Officer or in a similar role within the security industry.
- Strong conflict management skills with the ability to handle challenging situations calmly.
- Basic understanding of law enforcement procedures is preferred but not mandatory.
- Excellent observational skills with attention to detail for identifying potential threats.
