Job Are you an experienced technician ready to take the next step in your career? Full Throttle Wheels, Tires, and Accessories is hiring a skilled Tire and Lube Technician with expertise in suspension systems, truck accessories, and light mechanical work and the drive to take on shop management responsibilities.
What We are Looking For:
We need a hard-working, dependable individual with strong experience in:
Tire installation, balancing, and flat repair.
Oil changes and routine vehicle maintenance.
Suspension systems, including lift kits, leveling kits, and alignment basics.
Installing truck accessories like grill guards, bumpers, sidesteps, toolboxes, and fuel tanks.
Small mechanical repairs and diagnostics.
Leadership Responsibilities:Oversee daily shop operations to ensure efficiency and quality.
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
Manage scheduling, assist with ordering parts and inventory, and ensure customer satisfaction.
Be a trusted point of contact for the team and customers.
Requirements:
Experience is a must. You should be comfortable working independently and managing shop operations.
Knowledge of suspension systems and accessory installations is essential.
Must have your own tools or be willing to bring them as needed.
Strong leadership skills and a willingness to take on responsibilities beyond the tools.
Ability to communicate effectively with the team and customers.
Eagerness to grow with the business and take pride in your work.
