Senior Cloud Developer - Washington, D.C.
Full Visibility is seeking a Senior Cloud Developer to work in Washington, D.C.. Candidate must possess an active Top Secret clearance.
The Senior Cloud Developer will be responsible for developing the cloud service delivery models and architectural framework to enable platform as a service (PaaS), infrastructure as a service (IaaS), software as a service (SaaS), and data as a service (DaaS). The candidate will provide strategies for failure / recovery, cost optimization and benefit analyses of cloud, cloud agnostic, and on-site premise services. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing cloud-applications, migrating existing on-premises applications to the cloud, debugging cloud stacks, managing policies for the use of cloud services, requesting for new technology, establishing a secure cloud environment, and ensuring appropriate availability / uptime design. The ideal candidate will work independently designing and developing new software products or major enhancements to existing cloud software.
The Senior Cloud Developer will possess and apply a comprehensive knowledge across key tasks and high impact assignments, plan and lead major technology assignments, evaluate performance results, and recommend major changes affecting short-term project growth and success. The successful candidate will function as a technical expert across multiple project assignments and may supervise others.

Requirements
- Active Top Secret Clearance
- At least eight (8 ) years of cloud development experience, or certifications or past work may be used in lieu of years of experience
- Ability to implement automation for cloud resources using DevSecOps best practices
- Possess the ability to analyze applications and make recommendations across multiple areas that identify what platforms can move, migrate, and / or be deployed into a cloud environment
- Exceptional analytical and conceptual thinking skills
- Excellent planning, organizational, and time management skills
- Bachelor's degree
