FULLBEAUTY Brands™ is the premier fashion and lifestyle destination for the plus-size customer. We are an online and catalog marketplace offering a curated collection of the finest family of plus-size brands and thousands of products.
PROGRAM DETAILS:
This will be a full time (35 hr per week) paid internship on the Marketing team – providing the opportunity to work across multiple areas of the function. This program will allow the intern to explore the retail industry along with gaining a greater understanding of a catalogue business. During the 10-week program, interns will gain exposure to the business through hands-on learning, executive meet and greets, panel discussions, and so much more!
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Assist with the day-to-day operations of the Marketing department across Social Media and Affiliates
- Become familiar with the monthly content calendar to better understand how we speak to our customers and convert them to our brands
- Pull reports and interpret data on performance across all channels and make recommendations based off the information
- Conduct ongoing competitive analysis of the social landscape and offer insights based on the findings
- Attend weekly meetings to understand the overall process to bring our customers great products
- Assist with day-to-day social media and marketing tasks, including content creation, community engagement, and campaign support.
- Assist with sending out product for PR and influencers, as well as researching influencers
- Assist with content creation on and off photoshoots, including editing content and supporting the creative team with production needs.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
- Expected graduation year: May 2025 – May 2026
- Have taken/are taking marketing courses
- Interested in digital and/or social media marketing.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Ability to work independently and efficiently as well as in team environments.
- Great time management and organizational skills.
