POSITION SUMMARY:
The Project Manager will oversee the coordination, execution, and delivery of critical projects within our organization. This role ensures that projects are completed on time, within budget, and aligned with company strategy. The Project Manager will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, IT, and retail, to drive progress and maintain momentum across all assigned projects.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Oversee the direction, coordination, execution, and completion of key projects to ensure alignment with business goals and company strategy.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, IT, and retail, to ensure project milestones are met and progress is made efficiently.
- Track and monitor project timelines, deliverables, and risks, ensuring the successful completion of all projects.
- Proactively identify and resolve roadblocks, ensuring smooth project flow and meeting deadlines.
- Communicate with stakeholders, providing clear project updates, managing expectations, and addressing issues as they arise.
- Ensure project costs and timelines remain within scope and budget, escalating concerns when necessary.
- Facilitate project meetings, track progress, and document key action items.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in project management or a related field.
- 3 years of experience in project management, preferably in retail or e-Commerce.
- Strong organizational, and communication skills with a focus on driving project success.
- Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Azure DevOps, Smartsheet, JIRA) is a plus.
