Overview:
Position Overview: We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Revenue Cycle Reporting Analyst to join our team. This role will support Catapult in identifying, correcting, and documenting gaps between calculated and invoiced revenue. The manager will coordinate across operations, finance, and IT to ensure accurate billing processes and enhance our revenue management systems.

Key Responsibilities:
- Data Auditing
- Gap Analysis: Identify and document causes of discrepancies between calculated and invoiced revenue, collaborating with operations, finance, and IT teams.
- Rate Confirmation: Compare invoice rates to billing calculation rates to ensure accuracy.
- Volume Verification: Compare invoice backup volumes to those in billing calculations.
- Data Integrity Checks: Review student attendance records to identify missing billing inputs, and verify assignments.
- Calculation Support: Assist the financial systems team in revising billing and revenue calculations for accuracy and efficiency.
- Project Management:
- Labor Utilization Reporting: Support "go/no-go" tracking for transitioning to automated revenue calculation as source data.
- Interdepartmental Tracking: Monitor departments where calculation and invoices align, ensuring consistent revenue tracking.
- Process Transition Support: Collaborate with Operational Excellence, Accounting, and Billing teams to develop and implement a streamlined go-forward process.
- Automated Process Ownership:
- Tool Refinement: Work closely with the financial systems team to enhance the billing and revenue accrual calculation tool based on insights gained from testing.
- Automated Process Updates: Update the design of automated processes as needed based on testing outcomes and operational learnings.
- Compliance Development: Assist in establishing a standardized compliance cadence across functions to ensure adherence to financial protocols.
- Dashboard Documentation: Document existing dashboards and key performance indicators (KPIs) by function to support transparency and accountability.
- Integrated Process Design: Help design and oversee an integrated compliance process that streamlines dashboards and KPIs for end-users, enhancing usability and effectiveness.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree and 3 years work experience in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Strong analytical skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Experience in billing, revenue recognition, or financial analysis preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and PowerBI reporting tools.
- Familiarity with NetSuite and Microsoft Dynamics.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively across functions and operational areas.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Salary : $75,000
