Overview The Substitute Teacher will provide academic, emotional, and physical services for students who require additional support to thrive in school. They will conduct frequent and appropriate assessments, use data to develop and implement instructional plans, and collaborate with school personnel and families to drive favorable outcomes. Every child deserves to reach their full potential, and we're looking to hire an exceptional teacher who will play an essential role in fueling student success. Responsibilities Essential Duties and Responsibilities Teach multiple subject areas, including Science, English, Hebrew and Math Develop and maintain skill-appropriate lesson plans Collaborate with staff to promote an environment of critical thinking and academic rigor Utilize the school's behavior management and intervention strategies Maintain a clean and safe academic learning environment for all students Light lifting, walking, and/or climbing stairs may be required Other duties may be assigned Be available to work as needed to cover teacher absences Qualifications The Qualifications A Bachelor's Degree from an accredited institution of higher learning Required Valid Substitute Certificate Required Commitment to learning and implementing feedback Ability to adapt and remain flexible Wherever you are in your career, there's a place for you on our team.Â

Pay Rate Starting from USD $15.00/Hr. Physical Requirements PHYSICAL ENVIRONMENT/WORKING CONDITIONS: Light lifting, walking, climbing stairs. Most programs are in school settings. The Company provides all classroom and instructional materials as well prepared lesson plans and paid training. Continued instructional and leadership support for all employees is also provided.
