This role will be responsible for overseeing cross-channel media planning, attribution modeling, and campaign performance analytics, ensuring data-driven decision-making to maximize ROI.

Key Responsibilities :
- Develop and implement a full-funnel media strategy that integrates TV, CTV, digital, social, print, and direct mail to enhance brand awareness, customer acquisition, and retention.
- Lead performance measurement and optimization across all channels, leveraging advanced analytics to assess campaign effectiveness and improve ROI.
- Analyze cross-channel media performance using multi-touch attribution models, incrementality testing, and advanced media measurement frameworks.
- Oversee media mix modeling to determine the most effective allocation of spend across awareness and performance channels.
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive reporting framework, tracking key KPIs across all media channels and presenting actionable insights to senior leadership.
- Optimize marketing spend through deep performance analysis, working with internal teams and external partners to refine targeting, messaging, and creative execution.
