As the Director, CRM you will be responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive CRM strategies, with a focus on email and direct mail initiatives, to drive customer engagement, retention, and revenue growth.
RESPONSIBILITIES :
- Develop and execute strategic CRM initiatives, including email and direct mail campaigns, aligned with overall marketing objectives and brand guidelines
- Lead the planning, design, and implementation of data-driven email and direct mail programs to enhance customer engagement and loyalty
- Oversee the CRM budget, ensuring cost-effective solutions while maintaining high-quality standards across email and direct mail channels
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistency in messaging and branding across all CRM touchpoints
- Analyze campaign performance and provide regular reports on key metrics, including open rates, click-through rates, conversion rates, and ROI for both email and direct mail initiatives
- Implement advanced segmentation and personalization strategies to improve targeting and overall campaign effectiveness
- Manage and optimize the company's email database and direct mail lists, ensuring data accuracy, hygiene, and compliance with relevant regulations
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including travel agents and partners, to support co-marketing initiatives
- Implement A / B testing, multivariate testing, and other optimization techniques to continually improve CRM performance
- Ensure compliance with all relevant privacy laws and regulations regarding email and direct mail marketing
- Collaborate with the analytics team to integrate CRM data with other marketing channels for a holistic view of customer engagement
- Lead and mentor the CRM team, fostering a culture of creativity, data-driven decision-making, and continuous improvement
- Contribute to the overall marketing strategy and annual planning process, with a focus on CRM initiatives
- Provide regular presentations to senior management on CRM performance, strategic direction, and revenue impact
- Manage ad hoc projects and other related duties as assigned by senior management
- Provide clear direction, set performance expectations, and ensure alignment with overall company goals.
- Represent the paid media team in senior management meetings, providing updates and insights on team performance and strategic direction.
- Oversee the paid media department budget, ensuring responsible allocation and management of financial resources.
- Monitor expenses and implement cost-saving measures without compromising quality or performance.
- Provide regular budget reports to senior management, highlighting key expenditures and financial performance.
