Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Assistant Community Manager located in Bakersfield, CA. The Assistant Community Manager will be responsible for day-to-day community operations, resident relations, leasing activities, conducting property tours, and ensuring resident satisfaction. Additionally, the role involves administrative tasks, organizing events, and collaborating with the property management team.
