Residential Recovery Assistant Opportunity - 2nd Shift, Weekends
Fuller Hospital is seeking Residential Recovery Assistants to join our team on our 2nd Shift (2:00pm - 11:00pm). The working days for this positions are every weekend - Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays.
Fuller Hospital is a 109-bed private behavioral health facility located on the South Shore, which provides acute psychiatric services to adults and adolescents. Responsibilities
- Monitor AA/NA Meetings
- Assign daily House chores and assist patients in performing necessary tasks
- Monitor Patient whereabouts at all times
- Maintain orderly and safe environment
- Ensure all required information is logged daily
- Maintain a file on each resident and complete a daily note on each Resident
- Monitor and safe guard confidentiality
- Facilitate house meetings as required

Qualifications
Requirements
- Education: High School Diploma or equivalent is required. Bachelor's degree is preferred
- Experience: 1 year of related experience is strongly preferred
