Looking for full time Receptionist/Dispatcher.
Preferred qualifications:
Previous secretarial and dispatching experience
Multi-line phone use
Customer Service
Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
Attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
Someone living in surrounding area (Louisa County preferred)
Will perform a wide range of office work including and not limited to:
Answering customer phone calls, assisting with paperwork, scheduling appointments and other secretarial tasks.
