Thriving private PPO Dental Practice is seeking an experienced front desk professional to join our team. Candidates must have 1-2 years of experience in a dental office setting and must be bilingual in Spanish and English.
The ideal candidate should possess a friendly and approachable demeanor, ensuring all patients feel welcome and at ease.
Job responsibilities will include:
- Insurance verification
- Answer incoming calls
- Create new patient profiles
- Respond to patient inquiries
- Schedule appointments for patients
- Confirm appointments and recalls in line with office protocols
Requirements
- Dental office experience (1-2 years)
- Customer service
- Positive attitude
- Must be a team player
- Familiarity with dental software, such as Open dental
- Excellent communication skills are essential for effectively managing appointments and addressing patient inquiries.
- Attention to detail and organizational skills are crucial for maintaining accurate records and a smooth workflow.
- Ability to multitask and handle a fast-paced environment with grace under pressure is vital.
