As we shift to a TikTok-first strategy , were looking for a Creative Director to lead high-impact, short-form video ads that drive revenue across Meta, TikTok, YouTube, and other platforms.
About the Role
We need a performance-driven Creative Director with direct response ad expertise on Meta and the ability to adapt that success to TikTok and todays evolving social media landscape . Youll collaborate with editors, copywriters, analysts, media buyers, and our 15-person creator outreach team to develop and scale high-performing creative campaigns .
Key Responsibilities
Lead Creative Strategy Develop and execute TikTok-first creative that scales across paid platforms.Test & Optimize Use TikTok to test hooks, offers, and trends before transitioning to paid ads on Meta, YouTube, and Snapchat.Oversee Production Work on-set at our TikTok house studio in LA , guiding creators to produce shoppable videos and live content .Collaborate Across Teams Work with media buyers, copywriters, editors, and analysts to optimize performance.Scale Winning Creatives Identify top-performing organic content and turn them into high-ROI paid campaigns .Why Join Us?
