Responsibilities and Duties

- Communicate with existing and new customers to coordinate all logistics for charter transportation trips, providing transportation solutions in a variety of equipment including, but not limited to: motor coach buses, school buses, vans, and VIP vehicles.
- Accept tour bookings for pre-established Fullington Tours as well as work with Group Leaders and vendors to establish private group tours.
- Collects customer requests for transportation, tickets, reservations, etc. Assists in logistics needed to provide excellent customer experiences.
- Researches and works with vendors to collect group pricing for Fullington clients.
- Prepares quotes/pricing for customers within established guidelines.
- Resolves customer complaints by investigating problems, developing solutions, and making recommendations to management.
- Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops, reviewing professional publications, establishing personal networks, and participating in professional societies.
- Contributes to team efforts by accomplishing related results as needed.
- Perform other duties as assigned.

Minimum Skills Requirements
- Education: High School Graduate or General Education Degree (GED)
- Previous experience providing customer service or sales in a call center environment (preferred)
- Excellent oral and written communication skills; must demonstrate a professional and polished demeanor with a positive, up-beat, and friendly personality
- Exceptional customer service skills; must be passionate about delivering quality service and making a difference in customers experience
- Ability to listen attentively, solve problems creatively, and create win-win situations with internal and external customers
- Basic math skills required
- Understanding of military time (recommended and strongly preferred)
- Microsoft Office (Word and Excel), Database Software, Internet, Alpha and Numeric data entry skills
