This is a crucial role at Fullington Trailways where you will be responsible for transporting passengers safely and comfortably. As a Lead Passenger Transportation Specialist, you will operate a large motor coach, ensuring that it is in good condition and meets all safety standards.
Responsibilities:
- Inspect the motor coach before, during, and after trips to ensure its safe operation
- Assist with boarding and discharging passengers, providing excellent customer service
- Drive the motor coach to destination in accordance with federal regulations, adhering to strict time schedules
- Maintain accurate records of trip details, passenger information, and any incidents or accidents
- Loading and unloading passenger luggage efficiently and safely
Qualifications:
To be successful in this role, you must have a valid Commercial Driver's License (CDL), Class A or B with a passenger endorsement. You should also possess excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and be able to read and speak English fluently. Additionally, a high school diploma or equivalent is required.
