We are looking for a creative and customer-oriented Managed Services Specialist to design and optimize email marketing content, gather client requirements, manage feedback loops, and ensure timely campaign execution. This ideal candidate is detail-oriented, highly creative, and skilled in both design and communication.
This is a remote role in the US reporting to the Associate Vice President of Customer Enablement.
What you will be responsible for :
- Gathering client requirements and translating them into compelling, visually engaging email marketing content.
- Designing and optimizing email templates using Photoshop, Adobe Elements, and InDesign, ensuring alignment with brand standards and marketing best practices.
- Ensuring emails follow best practices, including spam compliance, image-to-text ratios, mobile responsiveness, and A / B testing for performance optimization.
- Presenting drafts to clients, collecting feedback, and iterating on designs based on their input while ensuring timely project completion.
- Tracking and managing client requests in ticketing systems such as Salesforce, maintaining clear communication and updates.
- Monitoring email campaign performance (open rates, click-through rates, conversions) and recommending data-driven improvements.
- Collaborating with internal teams to ensure consistency in branding, messaging, and user experience across all marketing materials.
- Working in a team-based, collaborative environment, contributing to brainstorming sessions and creative discussions.
- Providing an exceptional client experience, ensuring their needs are met and expectations exceeded.

Annual base starting salary : $55,000 - $65,000 depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
