We're Looking To Hire a Private Equity Specialist To Join Our Team. You'll Work With Our Incredible Clients And Partners In The Following Ways
- Strategic Relationship Building: Evaluate FullStack’s current client base for opportunities to engage PE and investing companies that have partnered with our clients. From there, develop a strategy to broaden our relationships to the parent/investing companies and to their other PortCos.
- Execute on a GTM Plan: Leveraging our existing clients and relationships, identify how FullStack is winning with PE and investing companies, and define a GTM plan to execute, which involves identifying target PE and Investing companies, prospecting them, and turning them or their PortCos into FullStack Clients.
Private Equity Engagement
- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders in private equity or other investment firms, aligning our offerings with their strategic goals.
- Act as a trusted advisor to PE/investing firms, demonstrating how our solutions drive value across their portfolio companies and to provide strategic thinking as to how these firms can support their portfolio of companies.
- Leverage success stories and case studies to showcase our impact, fostering trust and credibility.
- Develop scalable strategies to engage portfolio companies, aligning solutions with their operational and growth objectives.
- Lead workshops and presentations tailored to the unique needs of portfolio companies, ensuring alignment with PE firm directives.
- Create and execute a scalable strategy to increase our visibility and influence in the private equity market.
- Monitor industry trends and adapt strategies to stay competitive and relevant.
- Drive revenue growth by identifying opportunities within the PE ecosystem and closing high-value deals.
- Collaborate with internal teams to craft tailored proposals and sales strategies for PE firms and their portfolio companies.
- 5 years of experience working with private equity firms, portfolio companies, or in a similar strategic growth role.
- Proven ability to build and maintain C-level relationships within private equity firms.
- A track record of developing and executing successful market strategies in a consulting or business development role.
- Advanced English is required.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or related field (MBA preferred).
- Exceptional presentation and communication skills, with experience crafting compelling success stories and case studies.
