This role will support Fullsteam's growth and will report to the Sr Director of Finance. The role will be primarily tasked with partnering with the President of Platform and Payments. The Finance team seeks highly qualified candidates with financial analysis, modelling, business partnering and commercial experience. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of bridging the gap between finance and the operations of the business and a solid knowledge of the payments industry.
Responsibilities :
Business Performance Analysis & Decision Support :
- Promote business partnerships and advise the payments / platform leadership and other departments.
- Learn the business and payments / platform specifics hands-on, being able to model and critically analyze this information accordingly.
- Manage and coordinate projects made up of cross functional teams.
- Participate in the monthly reporting and variance analysis processes.
- Participate in the annual budgeting and reforecasting processes.
- Dashboarding & KPI reporting.
