We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Principal Security Architect to build and lead a security diligence and integration program for Fullsteam's M&A activities. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in assessing security postures, identifying risks, and in driving remediation activities during M&A activities. This role requires a strategic thinker with a deep understanding of cybersecurity principles, regulatory requirements, and industry best practices.
Primary Responsibilities :
- Conduct comprehensive security assessments for potential acquisitions.
- Identify and mitigate security risks associated with M&A transactions.
- Develop and implement security integration plans post-acquisition.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless security integration.
- Stay updated on the latest security trends and regulatory changes.
Primary Qualifications :
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or related field.7 years of experience in cybersecurity.Strong knowledge of security frameworks, regulatory requirements, and threat modeling.Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.Effective communication and leadership abilities.Strong bias for action and ability to take initiative.Success factors / job competencies :
