As a Senior People Business Partner at Fullsteam and strategic consultant to our business leaders, you will play a pivotal role in aligning people strategies with business objectives, fostering a positive and productive work culture, and driving organizational success through effective talent management and employee engagement.
Responsibilities and Duties :
- Partner with business leaders to align HR strategies with business objectives, providing regular updates and proactive recommendations.
- Lead and resolve complex employee relations matters, including performance concerns, investigations, policy violations, and disciplinary actions.
- Proactively identify workplace trends and recommend HR interventions to address engagement, performance, and retention challenges.
- Support and drive talent management programs, including performance management, and leadership development.
- Drive initiatives related to organizational design, change management, and workforce optimization. Lead efforts to ensure the organization has the right people in the right roles.
- Develop and implement strategies for employee development, succession planning, and retention.
- Analyze HR metrics and trends to provide actionable insights and strategic recommendations.
- Collaborate with HR COEs to roll out company-wide initiatives such as learning programs and change management processes.
- Actively participate in cross-functional projects aimed at improving business operations and organizational effectiveness.
- Mentor and provide guidance to junior team members.
- Work to create a positive and inclusive workplace culture that reflects the organization's values.
- Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations while staying abreast of changes and updates.
- Lead by example, promoting a high-performance culture and accountability.
