Job Title: Accounts Payable/Accounts Receivable Clerk
Pay Rate: $20-$22/hr | Schedule: 1st shift

Key Responsibilities:
- Process and verify incoming invoices and payment requests.
- Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable, ensuring timely payments and collections.
- Reconcile vendor statements and resolve any discrepancies.
- Maintain accurate financial records and filing systems.
- Communicate with vendors and customers regarding account issues.
- Assist with month-end and year-end financial closing.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree in accounting preferred.
- Previous experience in accounts payable/receivable or similar roles.
- Quickbooks experience is required
- Accounting experience is required
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
- Good communication and organizational skills.
