Job Title: Cellar Technician
Department: Brewing
Job Location: Folsom, CA
Pay: $17.50 per hour
Hours: 40 hours per week
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8-hour shifts 7AM-3:45PM

Job Description:
Support the production of sake by performing essential operational, sanitation, and safety tasks, contributing to a smooth and efficient brewing process.
Roles
- Maintain high morale and perform routine tasks diligently as directed by the manager.
- Provide operational assistance to other departments as needed.
- Foster a collaborative team environment and maintain positive working relationships.
General Production
- Operate machinery control panels, pumps, and filtration equipment.
- Connect hoses and monitor processing operations.
- Perform record-keeping tasks and equipment adjustments using hand tools.
- Conduct minor repairs and maintain plant cleanliness.
Plant Sanitation
- Clean and sanitize processing equipment, lines, hoses, and pumps.
- Maintain hygiene standards in all work areas.
Safety
- Adhere to all safety regulations and protocols to ensure a secure working environment.
Essential Functions:
- Safely lift and carry boxes weighing up to 45 pounds
- Accurately read gauges, rulers, scales, and power indicators.
