Job Title: Citrus Processor | Pay Rate: $15.60/hr | Schedule: 1st and 2nd shifts available

Responsibilities:
- Sort and inspect citrus fruits for quality and ripeness.
- Wash, peel, and slice fruits using processing equipment.
- Grade and pack fruits according to specifications.
- Monitor production lines and troubleshoot issues.
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation in processing areas.
- Follow safety protocols and food handling regulations.
- Complete production reports and maintain inventory records.
- Work collaboratively to meet production goals.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Experience in food processing or manufacturing is a plus.
- Knowledge of food safety standards and regulations.
- Ability to operate machinery and processing equipment.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Physical ability to lift, bend, and stand for long periods.
