Job Title: Forklift Operator
Pay Rate: $17.25
Schedule: 1st shift

Key Responsibilities:
- Operate a propane double forklift with precision and safety in mind.
- Perform routine inspections and maintenance checks on the forklift to ensure optimal performance.
- Safely load and unload trucks using pallets, ensuring proper weight distribution and secure placement.
- Adhere strictly to all safety protocols and procedures to uphold a secure working environment.
- Collaborate closely with team members to streamline workflow and maximize warehouse efficiency.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization within the work area to uphold safety and operational standards.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience operating forklifts, particularly propane-powered models.
- Demonstrated attention to detail and proficiency in following operational instructions accurately.
- Basic mathematical skills for tasks such as inventory management and reporting.
- Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment while adapting quickly to changing tasks.
Physical Requirements:
- Capable of lifting heavy objects weighing up to 50 pounds as necessary.
- Comfortable working in diverse warehouse conditions, including environments with varying temperatures.
