Location: Mountain Top, PA
Schedule: 8 AM - NOON
Pay Rate: $15/HR
Job Overview: We are seeking a reliable and hardworking individual to join our team as a Lumper. Lumpers play a crucial role in our operations by efficiently unloading, sorting, and palletizing shipments in a timely manner. This position requires physical stamina, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
- Unload trucks and containers of incoming shipments.
- Sort and palletize merchandise according to predetermined criteria.
- Maintain accurate records of received goods and completed tasks.
- Operate equipment such as pallet jacks and forklifts as needed (training provided).
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
- Assist in maintaining a clean and organized warehouse environment.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a warehouse or similar environment preferred.
- Ability to lift heavy objects and perform physical tasks repeatedly.
- Basic math and communication skills.
- Strong work ethic and team player attitude.
- Forklift certification (preferred but not required).
