Pay Rate: $16-$19/HR

Position Summary
Uses press brakes and miscellaneous equipment to create, shape, and customize materials into a variety of forms dictated by Fabrication plans.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Reading and interpreting detailed and complex instructions to produce the desired forms.
- Following the Safety policy, including PPE
- Setting up and operating press brakes and other equipment on a variety of parts of all shapes and sizes
- Checking products against standards for conformance to specifications
- Following specifications in job orders, verbal instructions, and blueprints
- Observing machine operation to detect workpiece defects or machine malfunction
- Performing minor machine maintenance such as oiling machines, dies, or workpieces
- Employees are responsible for complying with all requirements of Daifuku’s QMS policies and procedures.
- Employees are to ensure sustainable process outputs that drive continuous improvement to provide leading industry performance and exceptional customer satisfaction.
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
- Minimum of 2 years of related experience preferred
- Math skills
- Ability to read blueprints
- Knowledge of standard and metric measurements
- Knowledge of quality assurance and self-inspection techniques
- Self-motivated and detail-oriented
- Team orientation
- Crane operation certification required
- Forklift operation certification required
- LOTO certification preferred, but not required
Salary : $16 - $19
