Client is seeking experienced Narrow Web Flexo Printing Press Operators to join our team and contribute to the high-quality labels we’re known for. In this role, you will operate and maintain a Mark Andy Narrow Web Flexo Press, ensuring efficient setup, smooth production runs, and consistent quality control.
As a key member of our printing team, you will be responsible for producing pressure-sensitive labels, cut-and-stack labels, extended content labels, and flow wrap labels while maintaining precision and efficiency. Position Details:
- Shift: 2nd Shift | Monday – Friday | 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM
- Employment Type: Full-time
- Pay Range: $22.00 - $24.00 per hour (based on experience)
- Expected Weekly Hours: Minimum of 37.5
- Benefits: Medical, Dental, AD&D, Paid time off
Key Responsibilities:
- Set up and operate a Mark Andy Narrow Web Flexo Press
- Monitor production quality and make necessary adjustments
- Ensure jobs are set up accurately and running efficiently
- Perform routine maintenance and troubleshoot press issues as needed
- Work collaboratively with the team to meet production deadlines
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience operating a narrow web flexo press
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Solid communication and mathematical skills
- Dependable with a strong work ethic
- Experience with Mark Andy presses is a plus
