We're looking for a skilled Process Technician to play a key role in our photovoltaic cell manufacturing process. This position involves operating and maintaining machinery to produce high-quality photovoltaic cells, ensuring they meet our rigorous quality standards.
We are offering a competitive hourly rate of $25-$27/hr.

Key Responsibilities:
- Operate production equipment to manufacture photovoltaic cells, adhering to production schedules and quality standards.
- Monitor the production process, ensuring all products meet our quality criteria.
- Conduct routine equipment inspections and maintenance to minimize breakdowns and maintain optimal performance.
- Troubleshoot equipment malfunctions, making adjustments or repairs as needed.
- Keep accurate records of production output and machine performance.
- Work collaboratively with the engineering and technical team to drive process improvements.
- Adhere to all safety protocols, including the use of personal protective equipment.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Experience in manufacturing or production environments.
- Ability to read and interpret technical documents such as schematics and specifications.
- Strong attention to detail with the capacity to work accurately in a dynamic environment.
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
- Openness to working flexible hours and overtime.
- Must be able to read blueprints and schematics
Preferred Experience:
- Familiarity with lean manufacturing principles and statistical process control.
- Experience or knowledge of photovoltaic cell manufacturing is highly desirable.
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to stand, walk, or sit for extended periods.
- Capable of manipulating tools and equipment.
- Able to lift and move up to 50 pounds.
- Must wear personal protective equipment as required.
