Job Title: Production Operator

Salary: $18 per hour
Job Description:
We are seeking an entry-level Production Operator to join our team in Livermore. The ideal candidate will have basic knowledge of equipment setup and operation within a production line. This role involves machine assembly, minor adjustments, and form completion, with an emphasis on safety and quality.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Assemble, disassemble, and operate main filling machines.
- Set up secondary equipment (e.g., printers, checkweighers, x-rays).
- Perform machine adjustments and fine-tuning as needed.
- Fill out forms, weight checks, and reconcile production data.
- Convert weights between grams, kilograms, pounds, and packaging units.
- Calculate percentage yield/loss and create maintenance requests.
- Follow production and sanitation processes.
Must-Haves:
- High school diploma or 1-2 years of related experience.
- Basic math skills and ability to convert weights.
- Strong attention to detail and safety practices.
- Mechanical aptitude with knowledge of production processes.
- Ability to follow instructions and complete paperwork accurately.
- Flexibility to work in a fast-paced, changing environment.
- Forklift certification is a plus.
- Bilingual skills are a plus.
