As a Production Worker, you will play a key role in the production process, ensuring the efficient and safe operation of machinery and equipment. You will be responsible for handling raw materials, operating production line equipment, packaging finished products, and maintaining a clean and organized work environment.
Job Title: Production Workers
Schedule: ALL Shifts available, 1st, 2nd, 3rd
Pay Rate: $17/hr | Benefits: Dental and Medical
Responsibilities:
- Operate machinery and equipment in accordance with safety protocols and manufacturing guidelines.
- Monitor production processes to ensure quality standards are met.
- Handle raw materials and ingredients as required for production.
- Package finished products according to specified packaging standards.
- Perform quality inspections on products to identify any defects or issues.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas to ensure a safe and hygienic work environment.
- Follow production schedules and adhere to production quotas.
- Assist with inventory management by accurately recording materials used and products produced.
- Participate in training programs and meetings as required.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a manufacturing or production environment preferred.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and physically demanding environment.
