Job Title: Shipping & Receiving Associate
Pay:$20 per hour
Shift:7AM - 3:30 PM,Monday - Friday

SummaryThe Shipping & Receiving Associate is responsible for managing product packing, shipping, and receiving activities in compliance with established procedures and standards. This includes coordinating with various departments to ensure the efficient flow of materials and documentation.
- Maintain accurate shipping and receiving records.
- Coordinate shipment details with internal departments.
- Prepare and verify products for shipping, ensuring all documentation and labels are accurate.
- Handle UPS shipments and daily reporting.
- Inspect trucks and packages for cleanliness and damage.
- Organize and log incoming materials, ensuring proper storage.
- Update inventory records in the database.
- Operate and maintain forklifts and other equipment.
- Keep the warehouse organized and adhere to safety standards.
- Assist with trash management and other warehouse duties as needed.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Forklift Operator Certification(mandatory)and experience operating pallet jacks and hand trucks.
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
- 1–2 years of shipping/warehouse experience.
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and MRP systems (preferably DBA Manufacturing).
- Strong communication, organizational, and teamwork skills.
- Bilingual skills are a plus.
- Warehouse setting with variable temperatures and moderate to high noise levels.
- Exposure to particles, odors, and allergens.
