Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Warehouse Supervisor to oversee daily warehouse operations in Azusa, CA. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in logistics, inventory management, and team leadership, with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise warehouse staff and daily operations to ensure efficiency and accuracy.
- Coordinate and manage routing for shipments and deliveries.
- Check in drivers and ensure proper documentation is completed.
- Build and manage Bills of Lading (BOL) for shipments.
- Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently.
- Utilize forklifts and pallet jacks for loading and unloading trailers.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and company policies.
- Maintain warehouse organization and inventory control.
- Communicate effectively with internal teams and external partners.
- Write and respond to emails professionally and promptly.
- Perform basic mathematical calculations as required for inventory and logistics.
Qualifications:
- Fluency in both Spanish and English (verbal and written).
- Proven experience in warehouse operations and supervision.
- Strong computer literacy, including proficiency in data entry and email communication.
- Ability to operate forklifts and pallet jacks safely.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to multitask and adapt to changing priorities.
