We are seeking an organized, reliable, and personable Customer Experience and Operations Specialist to join our team at Fully Promoted.
At Fully Promoted, we offer comprehensive branding and promotional solutions, specializing in custom merchandise – specifically branded apparel and promotional products. We serve the Lancaster, York, Harrisburg, and Reading areas, catering to a diverse range of industries, including first responders, medical, small businesses, construction and many more.

We just completed an acquisition of a competitor and have grown sales significantly over the last 12 months. We recently renovated our showroom containing apparel and promotional product samples.
Employee Characteristics :
The person in this role would represent our business to walk-in customers (2-5 per day). The primary responsibilities of this role would be to ensure all orders are processed, received, completed, fulfilled, and picked up in an efficient and effective manner. Additional responsibilities include :
This position is a 40 hour a week role, Monday-Friday from 9am-5pm. Sales commission pay is available.
Long-term, this person will grow their understanding of the industry and build a strong rapport with many of our customers to help them brand their business. We are a growing business and intend to be the leader in branded apparel and promotional products in Central PA. We only want people to join our team that share that goal.
