Starting Pay: $26.00 per hour

As a Per Diem LVN, you will provide coverage for one location at a time across our Needville and Stafford campuses, ensuring seamless care for two programs. Your role is essential in maintaining continuity of care and supporting our clients' healing and recovery.

Responsibilities
- Medical Coordination & Documentation – Schedule and follow up on medical appointments, communicate physician’s orders with the RN and treatment team, and maintain accurate medical and medication records.
- Medication Management – Collaborate with pharmacies to ensure medication accuracy and availability, prepare medications for home passes and discharges, and administer medications as scheduled.
- Client Monitoring & Testing – Conduct urine drug screens as needed, monitor and document client vital signs and weight, and ensure timely health assessments.
- Regulatory Compliance & Quality Assurance – Uphold and enforce compliance with medication protocols, health regulations, and best practices to ensure high-quality care and patient safety, while actively participating in quality assurance initiatives and team training.
Qualifications
- Current LVN License – Active and valid Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) license in Texas.
- Experience – Minimum of one year of nursing experience preferred, demonstrating proficiency in nursing practices.
- Effective Communication – Ability to clearly and accurately convey medical information to clients, parents, and co-workers, fostering understanding and collaboration.
