Specific Knowledge, Skills, or Abilities: Requires knowledge of principles and practices of public, business or judicial/court administration. All laws, rules, and regulations governing public and court administrative operations. Court practices and procedures. Legal terminology related to court operations. Techniques used to conduct legal research.
EXAMINATION:

Purpose of Classification:Performs process duties related to managing cases of clients in Superior Court Accountability Court including managing cases through intake and triage, determining client eligibility for behavioral health services, and providing lead direction to assigned staff.

Provides lead direction to assigned staff, including establishing workloads, prioritizing work assignments, monitoring employee performance, interpreting policies and procedures, and resolving staff issues.
Provides case management and coordination of services, including progress reviews of each client.
Plans, coordinates, and/or supervises behavioral health services.
Assists in training staff members in community outreach, client/management relations, and other related program areas.
Adheres to the Quality Improvement and Quality Assurance Standards as appropriate.
Maintains contact with the appropriate community organizations and agencies.
Participates in the screening and interviewing of new staff members as required.
