We specialize in high-end single family homes as well as multi-family developments within Chicago’s North Shore. Our firm is involved with most of the aspects of real estate development such as planning, design, construction and property management.
ABOUT THE JOB
We are seeking an ambitious and motivated to join our dynamic team. This role offers and excellent opportunity for growth within an established real estate development company.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
· Serve as the primary point of contact for residents and prospective tenants, maintaining strong relationships through excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
· Manage apartment buildings and condo associations within Highland Park.
· Oversee tenant relations, ensuring timely resolution of concerns while fostering a positive community atmosphere.
· Organize and manage condo association meetings effectively.
· Supervise the completion of maintenance requests, ensuring timely and high-quality service.
· Prepare, review, and execute lease agreements with tenants.
· Collaborate with the development and construction teams to ensure seamless property operations.
QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS
- CAM (Community Association Manager) license preferred, or willingness to obtain within the first few months of employment.
- Licensed Real Estate Agent (preferred).
- Strong communication, presentation, and writing skills.
- Ability to work independently while being a team player in a collaborative environment.
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
