Must be willing to travel to the Lancaster, PA area as needed during internship assignment.

Under close supervision with a designated Supervisor, you will be responsible for observing the policies and procedures within a specific area / department of the Bank. Activities and internship duration vary by assignment. Strong academic performance is required. Previous work, leadership experience, and community involvement is preferred.

- Work Hours : 40 hours per week, Monday-Friday. 8 : 00am – 5 : 00pm are standard working hours.

Responsibilities
Scope of Work :
As an IT Business Services Management Intern, you will be responsible for supporting enterprise application services within the Business Application Management group. You will also be responsible for understanding and delivering solutions that support strategic objectives, while taking action to troubleshoot and solve issues, evaluate the value of user change requests, and assist in monitoring, measuring, and enhancing the service. Required Education : High School Diploma or the Equivalent Experience
Preferred Education :
Required Experience : 0-6 months
Technical skills are required with proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook.
